Wadzanai Vudzijena

Wadzanai Vudzijena is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial practice. He holds B. Juris and LLB (Hons) degrees from the University of Namibia and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of Zimbabwe in 2016.

Prior to joining Davidson & Co, Wadzanai worked as a principal legal expert at a consultancy firm he founded, and before that, as an Associate in the commercial and projects department of one of Zimbabwe’s largest commercial law firms.

Wadzanai gained extensive experience in a wide range of commercial matters as a result of his work experience, including general corporate and commercial advisory work, company formations, corporate structuring, corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance, corporate and commercial transactions, and reviewing and drafting commercial contracts. Wadzanai also worked on projects concerning international trade regulations, international trade and development agreements, regional and international trade institutions, and foreign direct investment.

Wadzanai brings a wealth of experience in commercial and corporate affairs issues, as well as an in-depth understanding and appreciation of our corporate and commercial clients’ expectations. In these areas, he offers dynamic and innovative legal solutions.
