We assist clients with a range of day to day employment relationship issues including; end of service gratuity and benefits, redundancy, disciplinary and grievance procedures and termination. Our services include assisting with the preparation of contractual documentation, agreeing settlement terms following the termination of an employment relationship, and advice on contentious disputes before both the Dubai Labour Court and the DIFC Small Claims Tribunal and Courts. We also assist and advice clients during the mediation process at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and free zone authorities.
Our employment team also works closely alongside both our dispute resolution and corporate/commercial teams to provide support and assistance in the event an employment matter turns contentious, or in circumstances where there is an employment element to a transaction or deal.
