Her area of expertise is corporate restructuring and commercial transactions, with experience in both the UAE and internationally. Rachel has advised clients in relation to multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions, joint venture agreements, corporate governance and compliance, and general commercial contracts.
She is also a registered DIFC Wills draftsperson and has experience assisting clients navigate the complexities of estate planning in the UAE.
Rachel is an admitted Solicitor of England and Wales and has spent 12 years in the UAE. She has been described by clients as detail-oriented, client-focused, and dedicated.
