Rachel Pereira

Rachel Pereira is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial team.

Her area of expertise is corporate restructuring and commercial transactions in the UAE and internationally. Rachel has advised clients in relation to multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions, joint venture agreements, corporate governance and compliance, and general commercial contracts.

Rachel trained with the firm and qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2023. She completed her legal education earning Honors in Law (LLB Hons) from the University of Kent and a Master’s in Law & Business Management (MSc) from the University of Law, London.
