Rachel has advised clients in relation to multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions, joint venture agreements, corporate governance and compliance, and general commercial contracts.
She is also a registered DIFC Wills draftsperson and has experience assisting clients navigate the complexities of estate planning in the UAE.
