He qualified in the UK and had GCC experience too. His insights and market intelligence of various sectors allows him to deliver high quality legal services whilst achieving his client’s commercial objectives in both national and international mandates. Akbar is regularly instructed by Private Equity, VCs, corporate finance advisors, and companies that are carrying out investment activity and M&A.
