Alex is a solicitor and former senior partner in a number of City and international law firms.  He specialises in corporate finance.  He has acted for mainly for ultra high net worths and sovereign funds in a wide variety of engagements such as IPOs, M&A, international trade, financial services, private asset acquisition, structuring and protection,  finance, real estate and private client as lead partner and effectively GC to many.  He has worked in and with clients from Russia, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, Greece, China, Uzbekistan, UAE, mainland Europe and most offshore jurisdictions.

Alex is now moving his focus to the UAE and has recently signed up with Davidson & Co Legal, a boutique legal consultancy in Dubai from January this year.
