Rhea is a Senior Associate based in our Dubai office having joined the team in 2014. She spent over 24 years in Dubai and graduated with an Honors in Law (LLB Hons) from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom. She completed her LPC and Masters in International Legal Practice at the University of Law, London. Rhea was admitted to the role of Solicitors of England and Wales in 2017.
Rhea advises a range of clients from business start-ups to seasoned companies as well as high net-worth individuals and family businesses on all areas of corporate transactions. Her areas of expertise include corporate restructuring and commercial transactions, both in the UAE and internationally, local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder relations, corporate governance and compliance and general commercial advisory.
Rhea’s experience includes negotiation and drafting of key transaction documents such as share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, investment agreements, joint venture agreements, due diligence reports, disclosure bundles, management consultancy agreements and general commercial agreements.
