Sally Mutoko is a trainee solicitor in the firm’s Dispute Resolution department. She assists with onshore and commercial litigation under ICC and DIFC-LCIA rules, representing multinational and regional clients throughout all stages of litigation. She also assists with contentious employment matters with private clients, and local/international companies.
She has advised clients in relation to acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and sale/purchase agreements and continuously supports the private client team.
Sally joined Davidson & Co in August 2020 as a paralegal. She graduated from the University of Warwick, in 2017 with a B.A. (Hons) in Law and Business Studies (QLD).
Prior to joining Davidson & Co, Sally was a paralegal at an international law firm where she gained experience assisting with high-value, complex and multijurisdictional commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
