Sally is a trainee solicitor in the firm’s Dispute Resolution department. She assists with onshore and commercial litigation under ICC and DIFC-LCIA rules, representing multinational and regional clients throughout all stages of litigation. She also assists with contentious employment matters with private clients, local and international companies.
She has advised clients in relation to acquisitions, shareholder agreements, sale and purchase agreements and continuously supports the private client team.
Sally joined Davidson & Co in August 2020 as a paralegal. She graduated from the University of Warwick, in 2017 with a B.A (Hons) in Law and Business Studies (QLD).
Prior to joining Davidson & Co, Sally was a paralegal at an international law firm where she gained experience assisting with high-value, complex and multijurisdictional commercial litigation and arbitration matters.Get In Touch
